April’s occupancy rates of Reval Hotels in Tallinn up 12.1 % on last year

The highest occupancy rate in April was recorded by the Reval Park Hotel & Casino at 80.6%, and was closely followed by the Reval Inn Tallinn at 78,6 %, the Reval Hotel Central at 76.9% and the Hotel Olümpia with 62.7 %.  All hotels’ occupancy rates have increased in comparison with the previous year.

Marko Männimets, Director of Sales and Marketing, said that April had proved a success for Reval Tallinn hotels. In April last year the overall occupancy rate of our hotels was 59.6 %, and this April we have seen an overall rate of 71.7 %; 12,1 % higher. It is a pleasure to report  that the investments in renovations in previous years (new rooms, the foyer, the Senso restaurant and so on) have been justified , and despite the arrival of  new competitors in the market, rates are  on the increase. We also hope  that there will be no repeat of the  events that occurred in Estonia at the end of April, and are confident that the number of cancellations will decrease.
