Architectural Notes: The hotel was designed by an international team of designers which is reflected in its cosmopolitan ambience. The creator of the façade is the architect Bruno Deslandes together with the team at “ARCHItrāvs” in cooperation with SIA “NAMS” who selected a combination of glass and textured wood panels for its exterior and interior courtyard. This creates a dynamic and attractive impression and the glass façade is the first of its kind in Northern Europe. The interior of the hotel has been designed by well-known Argentinean designer Gabriela Iglesias and Pablo Stutz from the UK Company “GIAD Ltd.”. The interior elements reflect modern, trendy and cosmopolitan characters which perfectly match with the spirit of Riga city and its people.
Construction of Reval Hotel Elizabete began in 2006, when the Norwegian real estate investment company “Linstow AS” and the “Skonto Būve” construction company signed an agreement on putting up the new building. Investments in the project have amounted to EUR 30 million, or around LVL 21 million.
