	Private sauna Hotel Olümpia has two private saunas available for hire. Tiled in white and blue, with traditional wood panelling, each sauna includes a plunge pool, table and chairs, and a balcony. Magnificent views over the Gulf of Finland make this a unique meeting place. Price list. Book here.
	Infra-red sauna Infrared sauna alleviates chronic fatigue and muscular aches and pains, invigorates the nervous system, increases the level of growth hormones and exilerates. An infrared sauna effectively destroys cellulite and frees the body of poisonous waste products. In a 30/minute session, a person burns over 600 kcal and sweats 3 times as much as in an ordinary sauna.
