New conference possibilities in Tallinn

Autumn 2009 will see the opening of a conference centre within the Solaris culture and leisure complex, it will feature 8 connected purpose built and multifunctional halls for conferences and seminars.
The biggest hall has the potential to seat 1800 spread between the main hall ( 900) and two balcony levels (550 and 350 seats respectively) all arranged within 3060 m2 of floor space.
The public areas, foyers and cloakrooms, cover a huge 3260 m2, distributed across five floors: the ground floor including 880 m2, the first floor 740 m2, the second floor 730 m2, the third floor 475 m2 and the fourth floor 440 m2.
The large hall on the ground floor features a dedicated adjacent VIP lounge of almost 250m2.
Foyers are designed to have catering and bar counters, to cater for conference visitors during breaks. In the foyers will also be toilets and smoking rooms.
In addition to the big hall, the building also has 7 smaller halls with sloped floors for grandstand seating.

Hall 1 - 355 m2 / 510 places
Hall 2 - 335 m2 / 380 places
Hall 3 - 230 m2 / 226 places
Hall 4 - 180 m2 / 190 places
