Your guide to a successful function at Reval Hotels:
1. Who is calling?
- Company information and your contact information
- Specify if you have a contract with the hotel
2. When is the function planned?
- Arrival time and date
- Departure time and date
Are these also the dates for accommodation?
Are there optional dates?
3. How many people will be attending?
4. What is the type of function?
- Conference : Meeting, seminar, training, negotiation, etc.
- Events: Cocktail party, Luncheon, Dinner, Party, Kick-off, etc.
5. What is needed?
- Room: Table form, technical equipment, other arrangements
- Catering: Coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, reception, etc.
- Additional Space: Breakout rooms, secretarial room, office space, storage
- Accomodation: Hotel rooms need according to type single, double, suite
6. Who?
- Who is attending the function?
- Internal meeting or training, important clients attending, press, etc.
7. Why?
- Why is function being organised?
- What is your goal for this function, why are you getting these people together?
8. What is your budget?
9. Ask the hotel about packages
10. Plan for the future
- Tentative Bookings: When can you confirm?
- Confirmed Bookings: Agree on detail updates of reservation
