Our stylish modern Tallinn restaurant in deep brown and pale wood, with a light-filled conservatory, welcomes our Tallinn hotel guests and local diners.
Coffee and pastries are served from 7.30 AM on weekdays. Chef offers an a la carte menu combining international dishes and local Tallinn flavours, weekdays and Saturdays from noon till late.
Every Saturday from 12.00-18.00 Novell has special panncake menu. You can start your weekend with crispy pancakes and children can spend their time with drawing.
After dark the atmosphere becomes more lively, with music and atmospheric lighting, and a private dining area is available for groups.
