First of all, we offer you a choice of channels to make your request for proposal. You choose the one most convenient for you.

• If you do not wish to be tangled with timing your request to “office hours”, you can send your request for proposal directly from these pages at any time of the day. We reply within 24 hours, but in urgent cases you can even ask for speedier action.
• You can also leave your contact information and main details of your function at our reception any time of the day.
• During office hours, you are always assisted in our reservations offices.

These web pages have many support tools for you to use when organizing a function.

• Our RFP form helps you get as accurate as possible an offer for your function.
• You can copy previous RFP’s and do not have to do them all over.
• Don’t forget to register for My Account, as this will help you be more efficient in the future.

An important part in your planning is budgeting. We have created conference packages to help you keep your cost under control. With a package, your cost per person will stay the same, even if the number of people changes. Just remember to keep us updated according to agreed dates.
