At Reval Hotels (hereafter referred to as "Reval"/“Our”), the privacy and confidentiality of your personal data is important and we want to ensure that what’s private and confidential remains so. We may update this policy from time to time, so please check here for changes. Reval will not disclose identifiable user information to any third party without prior consent.
Reval is committed to safeguarding your privacy while visiting our website [www.revalhotels.com], (hereinafter all identified URLs are collectively referred to as the "Site"). Our goal is to provide you with an Internet experience that delivers the information, resources and services that are most relevant to you. To achieve this goal, part of the operation of the Site includes the gathering of certain types of information about you, the user. Because we understand that your privacy is important, we will explain the types of information we gather and the ways in which we use it.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Site.
This Privacy Policy covers two types of information gathered at the Site, personal and aggregated. What information is collected about you? How do we use it?
We take the utmost care to ensure that the personal information you give us is not used for any other purpose than for what it was given without your prior consent. For instance, you may wish to submit an information request about Reval, participate in one of our promotions or subscribe to our newsletter either via e-mail or by post. To facilitate this, we may ask for information such as your name and postal address. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified by you (see the bottom of the information gathering form for more information). Information collected on the Site may be used to:
• Register you as a Hotel member
• Plan and purchase hotel accommodations
• Enter your email in our promotions or sweepstakes

• Improve the quality of your visit to our site
All forms will provide an opt-out button to allow you to choose not to participate in Hotel lists and future online marketing. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for Hotel purposes or in joint promotions with a Hotel partner. We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other party including any third-party joint promoters, nor use it for unapproved commercial purposes. All emails distributed to our lists will contain easy, online access to unsubscribe and you may request to be removed from our lists at any time.
You have a right to obtain access to the data pertaining to you and update your information and modify your communication preferences by sending an e-mail to the address referred below in the Contact Information. If you want us to stop using or erase data pertaining to you, please follow the instruction of Withdrawing Consent to Use brought hereunder.
Permission of Use
Reval may collect and use personal information that you submit on the Site in any manner consistent with uses stated in this Privacy Policy or disclosed elsewhere on the Site where you have submitted such personal information. At the time when you submit personal information or make a request, the intended use of the information you submit will be apparent in the context in which you submit it and/or because the Site states the intended purpose. By submitting personal information on the Site, you are giving your consent and permission for any use that is consistent with uses stated in this Privacy Policy or disclosed elsewhere at the Site at the point you submit such personal information, and such consent will be presumed by Hotel, unless you state otherwise at the time you submit the personal information. Please do not request any communications on behalf of an individual or company without prior consent and authorisation from such party or parties.
Secure Reservations
If you decide to make an online reservation on the Site you will be linked to a reservation interface and a booking engine ("Booking Engine") provided by us. We understand that security remains your primary concern and have chosen the Booking Engine carefully with this in mind. The Booking Engine:
• Is verified secure by VeriSign
• Has a Secure Server ID.
• Encrypts all data transmitted, protecting your information against any risk of disclosure to third parties.
Protecting your information
We would like you (the Site visitor) to feel confident about using the Site to plan and purchase your accommodations, find information and use the resource available to you. Although guaranteed security does not exist on the Internet, Reval is committed to protecting the information we collect. Not only will we not sell, transmit, or in any other way disclose information about you to any third party, but Reval has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our databases protected from unauthorized access. Also our Site is hosted in a secure environment, further preventing any breach to your privacy. The Site servers/systems are configured using data encryption, or scrambling, technologies and industry-standard firewalls. When you enter personal information at any time whilst on our site, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, in addition to the abovementioned measures to ensure safe transmission and storage.
Withdrawing Consent to Use
If, after permitting use of your personal information, you later decide that you no longer want Reval to include you on our mailing lists or otherwise contact you or use your personal information in the manner disclosed in this Privacy Policy or on the Site, simply tell us by sending an e-mail, or by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any e-mail sent from us to you.
Use of Aggregated Data
To improve the Site, its functionality and offerings to better serve you, Reval may monitor aggregated data. The aggregated data will be collected for marketing purposes and to study, improve and promote the use of the Site. In connection with such purposes, Reval may share aggregated and anonymous (non-traceable) data with third parties. Disclosure of aggregated data does not reveal personal information about individual site users in any way.
Exceptions to the Privacy Policy
Reval has the following exceptions to these limits on disclosure of personal information to others:
(1) when we have received your consent to do so;
(2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required in order to safeguard the life, health, or property of an individual;
(3) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required in order to protect the security, property, assets and/or rights of Reval from unauthorised use or misuse of the Site or anything found on the Site;

Reval gives its best to share information on the above mentioned situations only to the extent necessary and in a manner that seeks to maintain the privacy of the individual.
Use of Cookies
To enable value adding features on the Site, Reval may assign one or more "cookies" to your internet browser. Cookies, among other things, speed navigation through our Site, keep track of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Site, and may provide you with customised content.
