First of all, we want to offer you a selection of methods to make your request for proposal. You choose the one most convenient for you.

• You can leave your request for proposal directly from these pages at any time. We reply within 24 hours, and in urgent cases you can even ask for sooner action from our part.
• You can also leave your contact information and main details of your function at our reception outside office hours, by phone or in person.
  
• During office hours, you are always assisted in our Reservations offices.

These web pages have many support tools to help you organise a function.

• RFP form helps you get an as accurate as possible offer for your function.
• Don’t forget to use My account, as this will help you be more efficient in the future.
• You can copy previous RFPs and do not have to do them all over.

We have also created some basic tools as support to achieve a successful function.

An important part of your planning is budgeting. We have created conference packages to help you keep your cost in control. With a package, your costs per person will stay the same, even if the number of people changes. Just remember to keep us updated according to agreed dates.
